The Bair is the most current restaurant to inhabit The Bair Drug and Hardware living museum. Inside you will find walls full of the original relics, post office boxes, tools and gadgets as well as a full service restaurant. There's a little something for everyone at The Bair.

What an amazing find on a Sunday morning after walking nearby at Chambers Bay. Absolutely loved the charm of this place the moment I walked into the restaurant. The vintage vibe and smell of wonderful food, combined with friendly faces was a great start. We were seated fairly quickly and impressed to see that most food is made fresh and in house from scratch. The food did not disappoint at all! The corned beef, one of my favorites to order when eating out was real, not no canned greasy mess. Tip, add the country sausage gravy to it, best I've ever had! The monte Cristo was huge and perfect with the house made raspberry jam. Topped off with large mimosas we left pleasantly full. A for sure don't miss in a quaint beautiful town on the water.

I don't live in Washington state anymore but anytime I'm back visiting my family I always stop here for the best biscuits and gravy. The gravy has chunks of sausage and it's super flavorful. They pour a ton of gravy over the light and yummy biscuits. I definitely a must try dish.

We were researching cute brunch spots to take my mother-in-law to while she was visiting from Santa Barbara (pretty hard to beat SB brunches!) However, The Bair is a great place that thoroughly impressed all of us on many levels.

I ordered the eggs benedict w salmon. My husband and MIL each ordered an omelette. Our meals came w deliciously seasoned potatoes too.

The interior design is similar to how the building must have been when it was still a drug and hardware store -- which we admired. It has a special, historic feel to it.

We went on a Saturday, so it was pretty busy. Visitors seem to feel comfortable enough to converse for a while after their meals, which points to a really positive environment! Even so, the workers were attentive and bussing tables diligently in order to get us seated ASAP.

Location: near the water, great to take a walk along the coast afterwards!
Parking: plentiful
